Indian Creek Holdings LLC (ICH) is an entrepreneur led, privately-held investment company seeking to acquire a majority interest in and grow small businesses, one company at a time. We are a buy and hold operator focused on long-term capital appreciation and cash flow. ICH provides business owners a unique opportunity to obtain financial liquidity while transferring ownership to an operator dedicated to long‐term growth, customer service and local jobs.

Small Company Buyout ($250K to $3M)

ICH focuses exclusively on buying small, profitable companies. We are an ideal partner for owners seeking liquidity, families completing generational transitions, and managers seeking to acquire their companies. Over the years, we have consistently demonstrated our commitment to working collaboratively and productively with owners and employees to achieve the company’s goals.

Growth Capital ($100K to $500K)

ICH invests growth capital, as a majority stakeholder, in profitable, mature businesses. We seek to invest in improvements that build on past success. We are patient investors, not looking to flip companies. Our philosophy to guide and support decisions based on meeting long-term growth objectives.

Douglas Seaman

Managing Partner

Douglas Seaman is founder and Managing Partner of ICH. Mr. Seaman has extensive operational and transactional experience. Prior to founding ICH, he built out the US operations of Datatec, Ltd, personally overseeing $300+ million of transactions.

Mr. Seaman holds an MBA from the Executive Master's Program (EMP) at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a B.A. from Boston University.

John McCartney

Investor

John McCartney is Managing Partner of Quantuck Investments LLC. Mr. McCartney is currently Chairman of Huron Consulting Group and serves on the Boards of Datatec, Ltd and Covance, Inc. Prior to founding Quantuck, Mr. McCartney was President and COO of US Robotics, Inc, as well as President of 3Com Corporation's Client Access Unit.
